To become a member:
Add ~SpamFest to you watch list and add : iconspamfest : (without the spaces) to your journal. SpamFest will also add you to it's watch list and memberlist.

Rules for chatting:
1.) No pornography!
2.) Limit your spamming to every couple minutes when the room has over 10 people.
3.) Do not ask to be promoted.
4.) No spamming in other chats.

Promotions:
To be promoted you must be active, whether chatting, or spamming, and you must follow the rules. You must be a member of the club to be promoted. Promotions are in-chat only.

Features:
Please limit all features to once a week.

To have a club or chat featured send a note to ~SpamFest with the topic "Feature" and explain what your club/chat is. You do not need to be a memeber. Features are in-chat and in-club.

To have a person featured send a note to ~SpamFest with the topic "User Feature" and link to the person's user page. In-club and in-chat, you do not need to be a member to request another person, but if you want yourself featured you must be a member.

To have artwork featured send a note to ~SpamFest with the title "Submit" and put a link to the artwork in the body. If your art is not selected you will receive a note telling you why. Do not submit more than one work a week. In-club only, you must be a member.
